Wellness Check
Prevention is better than cure
My Wellness Check is exactly what you need if you are looking to increase wellness and future proof your health. Prevention is better than cure and this Wellness Check will empower you with the knowledge of what is going on within your bodily systems so that you can either be rest assured that all is well, or empowered to take action where you need to.
It consists of a comprehensive blood test (over 60 markers) and a nurse visit to take the blood at a time convenient to you. You will then book in for a 60 minute session with me, where I will have interpreted your results alongside your health history, current health and health goals. I will give you areas to focus on and discuss achievable ways to do this easily within your daily life. Two weeks later we will have a 15 minute call to see how you are getting on and for me to answer any questions that may have come up.
All of this for only £399

Why do it?
Blood is a powerful and truthful indicator of health in clinical practice. I aim to help unlock the information held within blood to propel you towards your better health and to help prevent future health conditions that may be indicated through trends in the results. Armed with this knowledge, and guidance from me on what to do, you can take charge of your current and future health.
